Helping us help others
If you’re able to give, we have programs ready for your support. These programs range from supporting women in our domestic violence refuge to get back on their feet, to supporting your local aged care service. All donations over $2 are tax deductible…together we can keep changing lives for the better. Lenten Appeal 2025
Carry each other’s burdens. (Gal 6:2 NIV)
In his letter to the Galatians, Paul reminds us that Christ calls us to carry each other’s burdens as a way of living out our faith. By doing so, we become the hands and feet of Jesus in the world, as we Engage in Christ’s Mission to the World, as LCAQD congregations and agencies.
Lutheran Services plays a special role in God’s mission within the LCAQD, as its 2000 staff support people at some of the most vulnerable times of their lives.
